Olafur Eliasson with his work "Round Rainbow" arrive at Long Museum in March 2016. The spotlight is projected on the slowly rotating ring prism. The halo appears indistinctly. Their integration with architecture creates a beautiful and poetic space. The rainbow has six colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. It represents life, recovery, sunshine, nature, harmony and soul. The colour inspired the dancers. Light and shadow originate from nature but are bound by nature. People are similar to light and shadow. They born to be free but are bound to the world. Their energy needs to be released. Modern dance and electronic music, these cross-border artistic elements can collaborate with artworks, spaces, and the body of individual. This weekend, Long Museum invites dancer Kara, Paulina, Jingyee and musician Laurent Lettree (*LLND) to interpret "Round Rainbow" in a new way.
