Surrealists who love to discover surprises are a group of clever, mischievous artists and poets. They like to break the rules of art and find new ways to live in this world. They created some of the most influential and imaginative works of art in the 20th century! Salvador Dali, Andre Breton, Max Ernst… Their works have inspired many artists. Surrealist artists use words, images, sculptures, and even use sounds and smells to create.
On the afternoon of May 16th, following Mr. Shen’s lecture, children and their family will experience the works of surrealists as well as the magic of the gallery space.
